About Us

Smart Science Toys was created to post reviews about some of the best science toys out there. I play with a lot of toys in my line of work and like writing about them whenever I get a chance. On a new site like this that will get about two organic visitors a month there is really no point in writing a lot about me in here. But since I’m writing this for content to appease the arachnids, I’ll ramble on a bit more.

Science Kits and educational toys are a great way to encourage a love of science in your kids. A lot of kids like Play Doh. Some kids don’t. Some kids like hotdogs. And some kids don’t like ice cream. I can’t imagine any kid who doesn’t like ice cream, but I suppose there are a few out there. Not me. I like ice cream. But I’m not a kid. Not really, anyway.

I do like spaghetti. I wonder if I could come up with a cool science experiment involving spaghetti. There are plenty of science experiments having to do with eggs, but I’ve never seen a great spaghetti science experiment. So  here’s a test to see if the spiders do ever find this page. This will probably be one of only a few pages on the entire Internet that has these three keywords in a row. I just searched for “spaghetti science experiment” on Google and there were 1,130,000 pages returned. I’ll bet in a month or two (it’s June 2008 right now), this page will show up fairly high in the rankings for that search. Click here to see if I’m right.
